When will my order be processed?
Orders received on Weekdays up to 1pm GMT will usually be processed and dispatched on the same working day. Orders received after 1pm GMT on weekdays will usually be processed and dispatched on the next working day (this will be Monday for orders received after 1pm on Fridays, or Tuesday if it’s a bank holiday). Normally all products on our website are held in stock, but on the rare occasion that an item is out of stock, we will contact you with the expected delivery time. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email from us with a tracking number.
Orders received after 1pm Friday will be sorted and packed for delivery Tuesday
* A working day is Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
** Order processing may take longer during busy periods such as Christmas, Black Friday/Cyber Monday and during Sales.
We deliver from Monday – Friday* (excluding Bank Holidays).
Do you deliver internationally?
We always try to accommodate every customer however we are unable to ship internationally at this time. We are shipping to Northern Ireland as normal.
When will I receive my order?
Delivery for orders to the Republic of Ireland is usually Next Working Day after dispatch.
*All delivery days are estimate, but are based on our current delivery success rates.

How much does delivery cost?
Shipping & Delivery is FREE for all orders placed over the value of €40 within the Republic of Ireland.
The delivery cost for all orders placed below €40.00 is €5.00 per order for all deliveries within the Republic of Ireland.

I want to order items of a sensitive nature, can you ship them discreetly?
Yes, absolutely. All our orders are shipped in discreet packaging (items are packaged in blue padded envelopes or plain boxes), although our shipping labels may show our company name and address. How will I know that my order is ready to be delivered?
We’ll send you a text message and/or email via DPD to let you know when your order is out for delivery (as long as you have provided your mobile phone number and email address).
You can also track your delivery online at DPD.ie
