If you are not satisfied with your purchase and you wish to return an item please let us know within 7 days of receipt of your order by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org.
Any returned items must be in a re-saleable condition, unused/unworn, seals unbroken, in its original packaging and have all original labels attached. For hygiene and GDPR1 reasons we are unable to accept returns on certain medical or personal care items, items that have been opened or any product with a hygiene seal that has been broken (unless they are being returned because they are damaged or faulty). No refund or exchange will be given without a receipt, dispatch note or other proof of purchase.

The cost of returning an item is at your expense (unless damaged or faulty). We recommend that you use a carrier that offers ‘track and trace’ as the parcel remains your responsibility until received by us.
Can I Return an Item to Any O’Sullivan’s Pharmacy?
You can return your order to any O’Sullivan’s Pharmacy branch for an exchange or refund provide the conditions stated above are met. Please first follow the steps above by contacting us with your intent to return the item/order and the branch that you wish to return it to. We will then send you a confirmation email that you can show instore in order to process the return. It is our policy to refund to the original method of payment so please ensure you have this with you when you are returning to a store. Please allow up to 7 working days for the refund to be processed to your card.
How Do I Return a Faulty or Damaged Product?
If you think a product that you have received is faulty or damaged then please contact us immediately by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org. We will then contact you to discuss the product and organise the return.
When Will I Receive my Refund?
Provided we receive the returns unopened, unused and in their original packaging we will process your refund. Please allow up to 7 working days, from the date we receive your return, for the refund to show up in your account. It is our policy to refund to the original method of payment i.e. it will be refunded back onto the card used to make the original purchase.
