The following are the terms and conditions for use of the website www.osullivanspharmacy.com. This website is for use of persons who are aged 18 years and over only.

We absolutely guarantee that the information you share with us will be safe and confidential and will not be shared with any third party. Your information will be used for order processing only.
Availability:
All orders are subject to availability. If an item is temporarily out of stock we will notify you by email and the purchase amount will be refunded to your method of payment.
Order Processing:
Once you have finished shopping you will be directed to our checkout area where you will be asked for the details required to process your order. Once complete you will then be supplied with an order number and a confirmation of your order will be sent to you by email.
Payment:
Internet transactions are processed via our secure ordering facility. All major Debit and Credit cards are accepted and the name OSPG Ltd. will appear on your statement. All prices displayed within the store include VAT where applicable.
Price of Goods:
The price listed on the Website www.osullivanspharmacy.com will be stipulated at the time when you place your order. We are entitled to make adjustments to the price to take account of any increase in our suppliers’ prices, the imposition of any new taxes or duties, or if due to error or omission the price for the products on the Website is wrong.
Claims:
When you purchase online, you have a statutory right to return a Product (other than perishable produce) up to 7 days after your order has been delivered, this is the cooling off period. Any breakages or damages must be reported to us within 24 hours of delivery.

Many of the products are of a technical nature and it is not practical to publish detailed specifications of all the products and keep specifications completely up to date. No contract will subsist between you and O’Sullivan’s Pharmacy for a sale to you of any product or service unless and until O’Sullivan’s Pharmacy accepts your order by email confirming that it has dispatched your order. That acceptance will be deemed complete and will be deemed for all purposes to have been effectively communicated to you at the time O’Sullivan’s Pharmacy send the email to you, whether or not you receive that email.
